VALIE EXPORT Center Linz
The VALIE EXPORT Online Archive is a research project of the VALIE EXPORT Center Linz, its development and programming was made possible by a grant from the Austrian Federal Ministry Section IV, Department of Art and Culture IV/1. The online archive provides a representative selection of the archive's holdings and offers interested parties open access to digitized material and metadata.

The exhibition highlights EXPORT’s engagement with language and the body, as well as the relationship between artwork and archive. It was developed and realized by the Department of Art History in cooperation with the Brenner Archive Research Institute / Literaturhaus am Inn at the University of Innsbruck, in collaboration with the VALIE EXPORT Center Linz.
As part of the accompanying program, VALIE EXPORT herself will speak, alongside archivists, trailblazers, and inheritors of her artistic legacy.

Scholarships for artists, arts-based researchers, and curators 2025
VALIE EXPORT Center Linz
At the VALIE EXPORT Center six scholarships have been awarded to artists, arts-based researchers, and curators. The scholarships are assigned to individuals, who engage with critical archival discourse and arts-based transmissions of knowledge. It supports work on projects that are limited in time and thematic scope and which serve the individual’s artistic development or to develop the profile of an independent arts-based research or curatorial position.
With this program, the University of Arts Linz seeks to support research, art, and curatorial practice—fostering international exchange while also strengthening local connections.
The scholarships go to: Dzekashu MacViban, Yvette Granata, Eske Schlüters, Ekaterina Shapiro-Obermair, Netta Weiser, Mechtild Widrich.
