The CACHE exhibition in the reading room of the Lentos Kunstmuseum presents four contemporary artist's approaches to the VALIE EXPORT archive. On display are works by Tabea Borchardt, Anne Glassner, Claudia Larcher and Katrin Mayer, which were created as part of the VALIE EXPORT Center’s 2023/24 scholarship program for artists.

The exhibition highlights EXPORT’s engagement with language and the body, as well as the relationship between artwork and archive. It was developed and realized by the Department of Art History in cooperation with the Brenner Archive Research Institute / Literaturhaus am Inn at the University of Innsbruck, in collaboration with the VALIE EXPORT Center Linz.
As part of the accompanying program, VALIE EXPORT herself will speak, alongside archivists, trailblazers, and inheritors of her artistic legacy.
