UNDISCIPLINED TALKS. Between Science and Art

17/10 - 18/10/2018
University of Art and Design Linz, Domgasse 1, 4th floor

The series Undisciplined Talks. Between Science and Art, conceived by Thomas Macho (IFK Vienna) and Karin Harrasser (Cultural Studies, Art University Linz), will take place over two days at the Linz University of the Arts and Design and will provide the framework for the start of the IFK_Fellows semester.

The Undisciplined Talks will pursue various questions, from individual focal points and plans to specific approaches, from professional constraints to one's own passions.
On 18 October from 12:45 to 13:30, Sabine Folie (VALIE EXPORT Center Linz) and Nathan Stobaugh (PhD, Fulbright Scholar) will talk about their current and future research projects and projects on VALIE EXPORT's work and premature legacy.

Afterwards there will be a guided tour through the premises of the VALIE EXPORT Center Linz.

Further information can be found on the website of the IFK International Research Center for Cultural Studies.
